Description
Изобретение относитс к производству компактных алмазных материалов с высоким содержанием алмазов, предназначенных дл :механической обработки твердых и хрупких даеществ типа стекол, керамики, огнеупоров, ;бурени горных пород и т.п. Кроме того, некоторые разновидности указанных компактных алмазных материалов можно использовать пл изготовлени , работающих на истирание или сжатие. Известен ко ллактный алмазный материал на основе алмазного порошка и метачличес- koro св зующего, в качестве которого исполь зукигс металлы и их сплавы. Цель изобретени - повысить абразивную и механическую прочность материала. Это достигаетс тем, что в качестве ме- таллического св зуюиего используютс Metu:но-титановые и медно-пирконевые интерм ;Таллические соепинени из группы: TljCu, TlCu, TtjCuj, Т. Cuj, , Z.r Си, ZrgCuj , rCujI |или их смеси. При этом алмазит п порошок , берут в количестве 65-95% по . i Пример. Компактный материал |получают из алмазного порошка зернистое- 1тью 15О мкм и металлического св зуюшегб I- титанмедного интерметаллида TljCtr. (Металлическое св зующее примен ют в видф 1брикета, спрессованного из струтккн титан- ( медного интерметаллида Ti, Си . Спекание - |произвошгг при даапении 5 кбар и 12ОО°С( выдержка 1 мин. Изготовлен(тый материал имеет абразивную стойкость 15-ЗО тыс. ей. и служит дл Изготовлени какгнеобрабаты- |ваюшего инструтч1ента. Пример 2. Компактный материал получают из алмазного порошка зернистостью 5 мкм. Металлическое св луюшее смесь |интерметаллидов + Тс Си. Спек. 1ние производ т при давлении ЗО кбар и 115О С.
