Насто щее изобретение ставит своей задачей создание менее сложной и более компактной машины подобного типа, обладающей в то же врем достаточно высокой производительностью . С этой целью в предлагаемой машине пальцы, на которые укладываетс предназначенна дл резки рыба , установлены на валиках крестовины , расположенных на валу барабана. Валики эти св заны рычагами с эксцентрично насаженной на тот же вал третьей крестовиной. Благодар этому рыба сохран ет все врем горизонтальное положение, враща сь в сторону, обратную вращению барабана, дл обеспечени точной резки головы по линии жаберных крышек.
