(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ЗАМЕЩЕННОЙ БЕНЗОЛСУЛЬФОНИЛМОЧЕВИНЫ

Изобретение относитс  к способу получени  НОВОЙ замещенной бензолсульфонилмочевины ИЛИ ее солей, которые могут быть использованы в качестве биологически активных соединений .
Известен способ получени  замещенной бензолсульфонилмочевины формулы

SOiNH-CO-i HR,
X-CO-NU-Yгде RI - алкил или циклоалкил; X - замещенный фенил; -этиленова  или метилэтиленова  группа, гидрированием соответственно замещенной бензолсульфонилмочевины, содержащей двойную св зь, молекул рным водородом в присутствии известного катализатора .
Однако необходимость в синтезе других замещенных бензолсульфонилмочевины, обладающих лучшими по сравнению с известными свойствами, в насто щее врем  не тер ет овоей актуальности.
По предложенному способу получают новую замещенную бензолсульфонилмочевины общей формулы

где RI - 4,7 - эндометилен нергидроиндан-5ил , который в положении 6 может быть замещен хлором; 4,7-эндометилеБпергидроиндан-2ил; 2,6-эндометиленциклогептил; норкаран-7ил; бицикло-(5Д,0)-октил-18; бицикло-(6,1,0)нонил-9; бицикло-(4,2,0)-октил-7; 2,5-эндоциклобутилен- (1,2)-циклогексил; мети лци клоп ентил; 3,3-диметилциклопентил; 3-этилциклопентил; З-ТуОет-бутилдиклопентил; 2-хлорциклопентил; бицикло-(2,1,1)-гексил-2; спиро-2-циклопропаепентил; спиро-2-циклобутанпентил; спиро-2-ц.иклопентанпентил; циклопропил; циклобутил; бицикло-(3,1,0)-гексил;
X - а) фенил, замещенный в любом положении одинаковыми или разными Z и Ъ, где Z - циан, нитрогруппа, водород, галоид, низший алкил, алкокси, алкоксиалкокси, или оксигруппа; Zi - водород, галоид, низший алкил, трифторметил, алкокси, алкоксиалкокси, фенилалкоксигруппа , низший ацил, бензоил. оксигруппа;
