Description
Изобретение относитс к стекловаренным ванным печам, содержащим бассейн, пламенное пространство, нижний и верхний своды. Цель изобретени - предотвратить разъедание нижнего свода. Достигаетс это тем, что надсводовый канал в зоне варки разделен перегородкой, образующей с нижним сводом замкнутое пространство , не сообщающеес с пламенным пространством печи. На фиг. 1 показана предложенна печь; на фиг. 2, 3 - поперечные разрезы по А - А и Б - Б на фиг. 1. Над бассейном 1 нечи пламенное пространство 2 перекрыто нижним сводом 3. Инжекционные горелки 4 служат дл сжигани нриродного газа. В торцовой стенке выполнено окно 5 дл отвода продуктов горени с взвешенными частицами шихты. Через отверстие а в нижнем своде 3 печи отвод тс из зоны осветлени свободные от взвешенных частиц шихты продукты горени . Надсводовый канал б в зоне варки разделен перегородкой 6, образующей с нижним сводом 3 замкнутое пространство 7, не сообщающеес с нламенным пространством 2 печи и служащее дл охлаждени нижнего свода 3 печи. По вертикальным каналам виг нродукты горени направл ютс в трубу и рекуператор 8. Продукты горени при сжигании природного газа в инжекционных горелках 4 движутс поперек бассейна 1 печи и, n3N;eHHB направление , поворачивают на выход: с одной стороны, в окно торцовой стенки и далее по вертикальному каналу в поступают в трубу, а с другой - в отверстие а в нижнем своде 3 и далее по надсводному каналу 6 и вертикальному каналу г в рекуператор 8. В замкнутое пространство 7 может проходить воздух за счет естественной циркул ции или принудительного продувани , что обеспечивает охлаждение нижнего свода нечи. The overhead channel b in the cooking zone is divided by a partition 6, which forms a closed space 7 with the lower arch 3, which is not communicating with the flame space 2 of the furnace and serves to cool the lower arch 3 of the furnace. The vertical combustion channels are directed to the pipe and heat exchanger 8.
