Предлагаетс способ получени новых соединений , которые могут иайти применение в фармацевтической промышленности.
Известен способ получени 2-ариламиноимидазолинов- (2), а также способ получени 2- (ЫЫ-диалкил) ами«оимидазолино:в-2, однако этими способами не могут быть получены 2-арИламиноимидазол.ины- (2), содержащие три разных заместител при мостиковом азоте ар ил а мин а.
Предлагаетс способ получени повых 2-арилами.ноим,идазоли 10в-(2) ,или и.х солей общей формулы

изотнурокиийодида, полученного взаимодействием 2-мет,ил-3-хлорле. :1лфура1на с -(2-хлор-4-метилфенил )-S - метилизот.иурониййодидом, нагревают до 165--170°С с 2,5 мл 98%-.кого этилендиамина (150%), размешива , в течение 15 мил. После охлаждени кз реакционной смеси выдел ют желаемое производное имлдазола с выходом 4,7 г (62,0% от теоретического ). После хроматограф роваии на АЬОз с помощью хлороформа в качестве элюента чистое вещ ество (тонкослойна хроматогр .афи ) нлав тс при 85-87°С.
Пример 2. 2-{М- 2-метилфурилметил-(3)-М- (2,6-дихлорфенил)-амино }-.2 - имидазолин.
11,5 г (0,025 моль) Ы-(2,6-дихлорфенил)-М- 2-метилфурилметил - (3)-5-метилизотиурониййодида , полученного путем взаимодействи 2-метил-3-хлорметилфура1на с Ы-(2,6-дихлорфавил )-5-метилизотиурониййодидом, с 2,25 г (150%) 98%-ного этилендиамина, размешива , в течение 15 мин нагревают до 165- 170°С. Из обработанной после охлаждени реакционной смеси получают 6 г целевого продукта, т. пл. 99°С, гидробромид плавитс при 236-237°С.
В таблице приведены предлагаемые соединени , получениые аналогично.

Claims (4)
- IR. уЧггде 1. R-; I Пз - водород, фтор, хлор, бром, метил. 5т,ил, .метокси-, трифторметильна или 1,ианогруппы;R4 - водород, метильна , этильна группы, о т л и ч а ю ш, и и с тем, что соединение общей формулыN- СН,-п.R:где R;, R2, Кз и R-s имеют указанные значе15 ни ;Л - цианогруппа пли радикал-с;NHгде R - алкилтио-, алкоксигруппы с числом атомов углерода до 4, сульфгидрильна или амщюгруппа,подвергают взаимодействию с этилендиамином или его сол ми с последующим выделением целевого продукта в свободном виде «ли иереводо.; его в соли .известными приемами.
- 2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что взаимодействие провод т в присутствии органического растворител .
- 3. Способ по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийс тем, что взаимодействие осуществл ют при 50-150 С.
- 4. Способ по пп. 1, 2 и 3, отличающийс тем, что этилендиамик или его соль примен ют в избытке.
