На образцах из стали 3, обезжиренных щелочным раствором с ПАВ и даже законсервированных в зким раствс ом лассиватора без ПАВ, коррози по вл етс значительно быстрее, чем на образцах, которое были законсервированы пассивирующим раствором, содержащим ПАВ, без предварительного ИХобезжиривани (через 30-75 суток соотйетственно при испытании в атмосфере с 100%-ной относительной влажностью .four; This invention relates to the field of protection of steel and cast iron products against atmospheric corrosion. There is a known method of protecting steel and cast iron products from almospheric corrosion by applying passivators. However, the known method requires prior degreasing of the surface and has low protection efficiency. In order to eliminate the above drawbacks, a passivator has been proposed to be used in a mixture with the surface active substances OP-7 / OP-10, DB, sulfirrole-8, etc. Examples of viscous solutions of the vaporizers that are used in the proposed method include %: 1) NaNOj 20, glycerol 30-70, JaCO, 0.5-0.6, surfactant 0.2-0.4 / 2) NaH02 20, xylitol 30-50, NajCOj 0.5-0.6, Surfactant 0.2-0.4.3, NaNOg 20, xylitane 30-50, NagCOj 0.5-0.6, surfactant 0.2-0.4. In cases where the thickness of the fatty film on the metal surface does not exceed 30 microns, the products can be preserved without prior degreasing. If the thickness of the fat film exceeds 30 microns, it can be easily removed with an organic solvent (gasoline, acetone, etc.). The high wetting ability of the passivating solution allows the protective film of the passivating solution to be applied not on special wrapping paper or impregnation paper (ODP 28, but directly on the inner one (with respect to metal; / side of waxed paper, which serves as the outer packaging of the canned product. steel 3, degreased with an alkaline solution with surfactants, and even conserved in viscous solutions of a lasivator without surfactants, corrosion appears much faster than on samples that nd it was conserved passivating solution containing a surfactant without IHobezzhirivani (after 30-75 days sootyetstvenno when tested in an atmosphere with 100% relative humidity.
