Description

В предлагаемом кранце применен разъемный корсет, состо щий из отдельных , соединенных между собою, реек, внутри которого, с целью сообщени крайцу ynpyrdcTH, помещена фашина, окружающа отрезок круглого бревна, лреп тствующего поперечному изгибу кранца.In the proposed fender, a split corset is used, consisting of separate, interconnected, slats, inside of which, in order to communicate to the ynpyrdcTH edge, a fascine is placed surrounding the round log section with the transverse bend of the fender.

Кранец- состоит из отрезка А круглого бревна, помещенной вокруг бревна фащины Ь и корсета С, охватывающего кольцом весь кранец (фиг. 2 и 3). Отрезок бревна служит основанием кранца и преп тствует поперечному его изгибу, фашина служит дл придани кранцу упругости, а корсет сообщает кранцу скольз щую поверхность, предохран ет его от повреждений и облегчает ремонт. The fender consists of a section A of a round log, placed around the log of the fascia b and corset C, encircling the entire fender (Fig. 2 and 3). The length of the log serves as the base of the fender and prevents its transverse bending, the fascia serves to give the fender elasticity, and the corset informs the fender of the sliding surface, protects it from damage and facilitates repairs.

Соединение реек в корсет делаетс оплеткой стальным м гким тросом с двух концов , при чем с наружной лицевой стороны охватывающий рейку трос утапливаетс в желобок. Концевые рейки снабжаютс оковкой с проушинами дл болтов. Кранец, составленный из отрезка рревна и фашины, заключаетс в корсет , который скрепл етс болтами. Затем кранец с надетым корсетом став т вертикально и в каждую секцию фашины вгон ют добавочные коль до тех пор, пока тело кранца не раздаст корсет до отказа. Подвеска кранца производитс на стальном тросе обычным пор дком.(Fig. 1) is made of wooden slats with beveled ends, provided with grooves on the front side. The connection of the slats into the corset is made by braiding with a steel soft cable from two ends, and from the outer front side the cable enclosing the rail is recessed into the groove. The end rails are provided with a bolting for the bolts. The fender, made up of a section of a dref and a fascine, is enclosed in a corset that is bolted together. Then, the fender with the corset put on is placed vertically and additional pins are inserted into each section of the fascia until the fender's body distributes the corset to failure. The fender suspension is produced on a steel cable in the usual order.
