Maximum thickness of pipe with fairing in cross section is equal to 1.15 of pipe diameter; it is located at distance of 0.27 of pipe diameter sternwards from its longitudinal axis. Aft shear of fairing perpendicular to axis of symmetry of proposed unit is flat; its width is equal to 0.87 of pipe diameter; it is located at distance from longitudinal axis equal to 0.68 of pipe diameter.EFFECT: reduction of vibration.3 dwg
