Description
Изобретение относитс к металлургии, в частности к аморфным сплавам с высокой магнитной индукцией насыщени .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to amorphous alloys with high magnetic saturation induction.
В последних двух за вках сплав имеет относительно низкое содержание железа .The amorphous alloy (FeaCobNic / x / SleBfPgCh) y is known, in which the cobalt content is specified, 40-0.85 with a + b + c 1.00. The high cobalt content does not allow high saturation induction in this alloy. A closer analogue is an alloy of the system FeaBbSicCd. In the application number 39-25954 Japan; cl. C 22 C 38/02, H 01 F 1/16, regulates the iron content of 75-79% at and carbon less than 1% at, and in Japanese Application No. 57-145964, cl. C 22 C 38/02, H 01 F 1/14 shows the intervals a 74-80,, 3.5% at. In the last two applications, the alloy has a relatively low iron content.
Пределы выбраны так, что в определенной степени удалось улучшить магнитную индукцию насыщени и достигнуть низкой температуры плавлени .The closest in technical terms to the claimed is an alloy of FeaBbSicCd with the content of elements, 0-82D L 12.5-14.5, 5-5.0, 5-5.5 atm. The limits are chosen so that, to a certain extent, the saturation magnetic induction was improved and the melting point was low.
Кроме того, полученна лента обладает относительно низкой толщиной охрупчивани .However, the prototype also has drawbacks. One of these is the instability of the melt casting process. In addition, the resulting tape has a relatively low embrittlement thickness.
The purpose of the invention is to stabilize the casting process of an amorphous ribbon and improve its mechanical and magnetic properties.
The technical and economic efficiency of the invention is estimated by the increase in the yield of a usable amorphous ribbon per unit of energy and raw material consumption. This is achieved by stabilizing the casting process and increasing the embrittlement thickness of the amorphous ribbon, i.e. an increase in the share of products with good mechanical and magnetic duals.
