Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине и касаетс рентгенологической диагностики заболеваний околоносовых пазух. Цель изобретени - повышение качества контрастного препарата. К водному раствору контрастного вещества добавл ют загуститель - оксипропилметилцеллюлозу в количестве 3% от его массы. Полученный препарат сохран ет свои свойства в течение 3 - 4 мес.
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине и касаетс рентгенологической диагностики заболеваний околоносовых пазух.
Цель изобретени - повышение качества средства.
П р и м е р 1. Берем 10,0 мл 60%-го верографина, отвешиваем 0,3 г оксипропил- метилцеллюлозы и раствор ем в верографи- не, рассыпа порошок полимера тонким слоем на поверхности верографина и осторожно перемешива . Получаем 3%-ный пол- имерный раствор верографина, обладающий высокой в зкостью. В зкость полученного таким образом полимерного контрастного вещества примерно равна в зкости слизи, покрывающей поверхность слизистой оболочки околоносовых пазух.
В случае необходимости получени значительного количества контрастного средства берутс большие количества составл ющих его компонентов.
П р и м е р 2. Берем 100,0 мл йодамида- 300, отвешиваем 3 г оксипро пил метил целлюлозы , рассыпаем его тонким слоем по
поверхности йодамида, раствор ем порошок оксипропилметилцеллюлозы в йодами- де. Получаем 3%-ный полимерный раствор йодамида, относительна в зкость которого равн етс 750.
. Дл рентгенологического исследовани пораженных околоносовых пазух контрастное вещество вводитс через иглу после выполнени пункции обследуемой пазухи или через дренажную трубку.
ПримерЗ. Больной Г., 32 лет, после обезболивани слизистой оболочки нижнего носового хода в типичном месте произведенапункци правой верхнечелюстной пазухи. В промывной жидкости получен гной. В пазуху введено 5 мл верографина на основе оксипропилметилцеллюлозы . В рентгенологическом кабинете произведена рентгенографи околоносовых пазух в двух проекци х. На полученных рентгенограммах четко определ етс рельеф полипозно измененной слизистой оболочки. Каких-либо непри тсл

ных ощущений и побочных действий не отмечено .
Предлагаемый способ имеет следующие преимущества перед известным: он прост, не требует сложных технических приспособлений, занимает 8-10 мин. Полученное средство может использоватьс в течение 3-4 мес цев, в то врем как средство, полученное известным способом, быстро тер ет стерильность .

Claims (1)
- Формула изобретени Способ получени рентгеноконтрастно- го средства дл исследовани околоносо- вых пазух путем введени загустител в водный раствор контрастного вещества, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени качества средства, в качестве загустител используют оксипропилметилцеллюлозу в количестве 3% от веса контрастного вещества , которую насыпают на его поверхность и оставл ют до растворени .
