Abstract

Claim ! A mold for the manufacture of prestressed reinforced concrete sleepers, comprising a supporting frame with tensioning devices mounted opposite to the ends, external and intermediate support beams mounted on them with inclined sides, forming parallel molding compartments with pallets, in the windows of which the lower ends of the devices for forming through channels are placed under the bolts for fastening the rail to the sleepers, and transverse partitions in contact with equidistant surfaces with the surfaces of the molding compartments in the form of horizontal traverses with pins mounted at their ends located in the landing holes of the sides, pins interlocked in pairs and connected to each other in each pair by diaphragm spacers having slots for the passage of the product reinforcement, characterized in that, in order to ensure the manufacture of sleepers for turnouts of railway tracks, pallets are made of composite of contacting ends of interchangeable sections with recesses forming windows between them, and diaphragms with horizontal and horizontal protrusions arallelnymi webs joining opposed edges of slots for armature passage. 2.
