Description
Изобретение относитс к технологии получени минеральных удобрений и может быть использовано на предпри ти х , выпускающих калийные и другие склонные к слеживаемости минеральные удобрени .The invention relates to a technology for the production of mineral fertilizers and can be used in plants producing potash and other mineral fertilizers that are prone to caking.
The purpose of the invention is a cheaper process while reducing the degree of caking.
Example. The bottom residue is heated to 60-70 ° C and injected into the flotation fine-grained potassium chloride (1 kg) by spraying in an amount of 0.5 g (i.e., 0.05% by weight of potassium chloride). Spraying of the anti-caking agent is carried out using a nozzle. Nitrogen was used as the spraying agent. The treated potassium chloride is placed in a rotating drum with heating, where KC1 is stirred for 6 hours at 110 ° C. Determination of caking of sample KC1 is carried out in cassettes with cylinders whose inner perimeter is 34 mm and height 50 mm, according to the speed of passage of a drill weighing 210 g.
В таблице представлены результаты обработки хлористого кали предлагаемым реагентом (примеры 1-5) и известным - жидкие парафины в смеси с нафтеновыми кислотами (пример 6).The table presents the results of processing potassium chloride with the proposed reagent (examples 1-5) and known paraffins mixed with naphthenic acids (example 6).
The bottom residue is a greenish-yellow substance, has a melting point of 49-55 ° C, a flash point in a closed crucible 180 ° C,

Кубовый остаток содержит до 95% нафтено- парафиновых углеводородов.fractional composition: boiling point 400 ° C, 98% of the bottom residue boils to 507 ° C, boiling end 51J ° C. VAT residue contains up to 95% of naphthene-paraffin hydrocarbons.
е. According to the data presented in the table, the treatment of flotation fine-grained potash residue obtained by vacuum gas distortion reduces the caking of KC1, since the speed of the drill increases to 0.58--0.86 mm / vol instead of 0, 54 mm / rev (prototype), i.e. 1.07-1.59 times.
The use of anti-tracking costs that go beyond the limits of the claimed is impractical.
0The proposed method allows reducing the costs of the caking agent by 2 times, since the proposed method uses waste, and

вестном - ценное сырье дл нефтехимического синтеза - жидкие парафины,well-known - valuable raw materials for petrochemical synthesis - liquid paraffins,
Thus, the use of the proposed method provides more crumbly potassium chloride, which has a positive effect on its transportation and storage.
