Abstract
Изобретение относитс к железнодорожному транспорту, в частности к конструкции ходовых частей многоосных локомотивов. Цель изобретени - уменьшение неравномерности износа рельсов и бандажей колес вспомогательной тележки при движении в-кривых участках пути. Это достигаетс тем, что спорно-возвращающее устройство вспомогательной тележки 12 включает ролик 19, установленный на сферическом подшипнике 17. Центр ролика 19 совпадает с геометрическим центром оси поддерживающей колесной пары. На кузове 4 имеетс наклонна направл юща канавка 21, контактирующа с роликом 19 и выполненна по дуге окружности, описанной из проекции центра шарнира 10 на горизонтальную плоскость с понижением в стороны от продольной оси. При входе локомотива в кривую тележка 12 смещаетс относительно кузова 4 в поперечном направлении. При этом ролик 19 перекатываетс по направл ющей канавке 21. Вертикальна нагрузка от кузова 4 передаетс вдоль вертикальной оси симметрии вспомогательной тележки 12. При этом равномерно нагружаютс оба колеса и, следовательно, внутренний и наружный рельсы криволинейного участка пути . 1 з.п. ф-лы, 5 ил. с/ СThe invention relates to railway transport, in particular, to the design of running gears of multi-axle locomotives. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the uneven wear of the rails and tires of the wheels of the auxiliary carriage when moving in curved track sections. This is achieved by the fact that the disputant-returning device of the auxiliary carriage 12 includes a roller 19 mounted on a spherical bearing 17. The center of the roller 19 coincides with the geometric center of the axis of the supporting wheel pair. On the body 4 there is an inclined guide groove 21 in contact with the roller 19 and formed along the arc of a circle described from the projection of the center of the hinge 10 on the horizontal plane, decreasing away from the longitudinal axis. When the locomotive enters the curve, the carriage 12 is displaced relative to the body 4 in the transverse direction. In this case, the roller 19 rolls along the guide groove 21. The vertical load from the body 4 is transmitted along the vertical axis of symmetry of the auxiliary cart 12.
