Изобретение относитс к аналитической химии, в частности к количественному определению цитрата натри , примен емого в медицине в качестве консерванта крови, а также средства, регулирующего кислотно-щелочное равновесие в организме. Цель-повышение чувствительности способа и его упрощение. Определени ведут путем обработки анализируемой пробы N - п - толуолсульфонил -2- (5,11 - диметил - 11, 31 - дикетоциклогекси - 21) - нафтохинонимином в среде диоксана при комнатной температуре с последующим фотометрированием полученного раствора. Способ по величине чувствительности превосходит известный в 3,5-7 раз, врем проведени анализа сокращаетс в 4-6 раз. 2 табл.The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to the quantitative determination of sodium citrate, used in medicine as a blood preservative, as well as a means of regulating acid-base balance in the body.
