Изобретение относитс  к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к способам изготовлени  многогранных крепежных деталей. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества получаемых деталей и снижение энергозатрат процесса. Прутковую цилиндрическую заготовку предварительно осаживают до диаметра, равного диаметру окружности, вписанной по касательной к выемкам детали, которую получают штамповкой осаженной заготовки. Выемки формируют на участках шириной, равной 70...80 % прот женности грани. После штамповки на полученном полуфабрикате обрубают заусенец, прошивают отверстие и нарезают резьбу соответствующего размера. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 5 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to methods for producing multifaceted fasteners.
