Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и касаетс  конструкции гидравлических демпферов, предназначенных дл  гашени  колебаний подрессоренных масс. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение эффективности демпфировани  за счет ступенчатого увеличени  сил сопротивлени  относительному перемещению поршн  и штока. При ходе сжати  поршень 5 перемещаетс  вниз, в зка  жидкость дросселируетс  через открытие проточные каналы 6 в штоковую полость. Одновременно поршень 5 перемещаетс  по втулке 4 вверх в пределах зазора между торцами поршн  5 и втулки 4. После выбора зазора упругий упор 9 войдет в контакт с торцом втулки 4 и выключитс  из работы.
