본 발명은 피스톤의 하방에 위치되게 피스톤로드에 별도의 서브밸브를 조립하여 피스톤로드를 통해 리바운드챔버와 직접 연결되도록 하므로서 저속구간에서 감쇠력을 낮추어 승차감을 개선하도록 한 차량용 쇽압소바의 저속 감쇠력장치에 관한 것으로, 하단부에 오일통로(2a)를 형성한 피스톤로드(2)와, 피스톤로드(2)의 끝단에 일체로 조립되어 로드가이드(1)의 리바운드챔버(1a)와 컴프레션챔버(1b)내의 오일이 상호 출입하도록 하는 피스톤(3)과, 내부에 공간부(4a)를 형성하며 저면에 오일구멍(4b)이 형성되어 피스톤로드(2)의 오일통로(2a)와 연통되어 리바운드챔버(1a)와 컴프레션챔버(1b)를 직접 연결하도록 하단부에 일체로 조립되는 서브밸브몸체(4)와, 서브밸브몸체(4)내의 공간부(4a)에 삽입설치되어 리바운드챔버(1a)와 컴프레션챔버(1b)가 연동되도록 축방향으로 지지봉(5a)이 형성된 고정보올트(5)와, 고정보올트(5)의 지지봉(5a)의 외주면에 끼워져 일체로 조립되는 밸브가이드(6)와, 오일통로(7a)가 형성되어 밸브가이드(6)의 안내를 받아 상, 하 이동되도록 조립되는 서브밸브(7)와, 서브밸브(7)의 상, 하부에 각각 설치되어 오일통로(7a)를 개폐하는 상,하부디스크(8)(9)와, 상, 하부디스크(8)(9)를 탄력있게 지지하여 저속구간에서는 오일통로(7a)를 개방하고 저속이상에서는 차단되도록 하는 상, 하부단력부재(10)(11)로 차량용 쇽압소바의 저속 감쇠력장치틀 구성한다.The present invention relates to a low-speed damping force device for a vehicle shock absorber for improving ride comfort by lowering the damping force in a low speed section by assembling a separate sub-valve on the piston rod so as to be positioned below the piston so as to be directly connected to the rebound chamber through the piston rod.
