Abstract
п. The invention relates to methods for producing anhydrous lead fluorocirconates, in particular PB 5 ZRF 14 , which can be used as a batch for optical glass melting. In order to speed up and simplify the process by eliminating the operation of high-temperature synthesis, lead nitrate solutions are subjected to interaction with ammonium fluorozirconates at a ratio of 1: 5 with a 1.5-1.9 fold excess of hydrofluoric acid at 80-90 ° C, followed by cooling. Regardless of the composition of ammonium fluorozirconate, adding the required amount of hydrofluoric acid forms PB 5 ZRF 6 with a yield of 90.0-92.4% within 2.5-3 hours. The prototype process takes at least 24 hours and the yield is 77%. 1 hp ff.
