Description
The invention relates to the manufacture of building materials and can be used to make artificial porous aggregates, namely, agloporite.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce water absorption and frost resistance of agloporite.
0,20 ,8.Raw materials for the manufacture of agloporite include, in wt.%: Clay materials 43-48; coal 2.2-2.8; pshak metallurgical processing of antimony 31-33; enrichment tails of antimony ores 18-21 and liquid glass 0.20, 8.
1.The chemical composition of the components used is presented in table. one.
The slag of metallurgical processing of antimony was obtained by melting a mixture consisting of antimony concentrate, soda ash and caustic, at 1200–1250 C. , Slag is a monolith, glossy in a fracture, in this case the glass phase is sodium-aluminosilicate glass, and contains mainly silicon, aluminum and sodium oxides. At the same time, silicon and aluminum oxides are capable of forming a glassy frame and thereby creating the texture of agglobalous crushed stone. They contain donkeys and antimony, which is sublimated.

50%.Tailings are wastes from flotation concentration of antimony ores and are also stockpiled. According to the mineralogical analysis, they contain mainly quartz and calcite. As a clay component, the loam of the Almalyk open pit is used, which belongs to the coarse raw material. According to the X-ray analysis, it consists of kaolinite, hydromica, sericite, and falite. They are represented by fine-scaly kaolinite with an insignificant admixture of hydromica and iron hydroxide, as well as detrital quartz, while the content of clayey matter is 50%.
Agloporite based on the raw material mixture of these components is prepared as follows.

The metallurgical pitch, the surmyan processing, the tailings of the antimony ores, the clayey raw material, the coal, in a given ratio after crushing, is passed through a sieve with 5 mm openings. Syfievu mixture is mixed and poured into a hopper with a screw feeder. The granulation of the mixture is carried out on a plate granule torus with a bowl diameter of 1.3 m with simultaneous dosing with a mixture of liquid glass diluted with water to 3% concentration. After granulation, the resulting granules are dispersed to establish the optimum moisture content of the charge.

Последнее обеспечива- етс TaiOTe за счет того, что в вводи-of the components of the mixture, the formation of a rigid aluminosilicate framework occurs, and the kinetics of heat exchange processes is improved. The latter is provided by TaiOTe due to the fact that in

At the same temperature, active silicate formation occurs with simultaneous inflow of the mass, which contributes to an increase in the porousity of the agloporite and, accordingly, to a decrease in its bulk mass.
