Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и позвол ет расширить технологические возможности устройства за счет управлени плавучестью сосуда. Втулка 11 устанавливаетс на платформе 4, а вал 12 манипул тором 10 прижимаетс к ее торцовой поверхности с некоторой силой. При этом на сосуд 3 действуют вталкивающа сила и крут щий момент, стрем щиес вернуть платформу 4 в исходное положение. Одновременно в эластичные камеры 7 по определенному закону подаетс сжатый воздух. Благодар этому увеличиваетс плавучесть сосуда 3. При импульсной подаче воздуха в камеры 7 сосуд 3 получает окружное перемещение.
