Abstract
2 з.п. The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to copper metallurgy, and can be used for processing copper concentrate separation flotation. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the matte by reducing its iron content. The matte melt is treated with copper oxide and soda ash in the amount of 4-6% by weight of the concentrate. The loading of cuprous oxide and soda ash into the melt is carried out simultaneously, or copper oxide is first loaded, and then soda ash. 2 hp f-ly, 1 tab.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the matte by reducing its iron content.
Example. Copper concentrate separation flotation composition,%: copper 67,88; nickel 4.84; cobalt 0.16; iron 3.96; sulfur 21.43, melted, the melt is treated with cuprous oxide and soda ash.
These experiments are shown in the table.
Таким образом, использование предлагаемого способа по сравнению с известным позвол ет повысить качество штейна за счет удалени из него железа .Thus, the use of the proposed method in comparison with the known method allows to improve the quality of the matte by removing iron from it.
