Abstract
Изобретение позвол ет снизить износ инструмента и расход электроэнергии. Композици включает воду и смазку при следующем соотношении компонентов в расчете на смазку. Мас.%: твердый смазочный наполнитель 25-95
водорастворимый загуститель 5-75, причем смазка содержитс в воде в количестве 5-30 мас.%. В качестве твердого смазочного наполнител композици содержит соединение, выбранное из группы, включающей графит, дисульфид молибдена, их смесь, смесь графита с вторидом кальци . В качестве водорастворимого загустител используют соединение, выбранное из группы, включающей простой эфир целлюлозы, камеди, полиакриламид, полиакриловую кислоту, альгинаты, поливиниловый спирт, полисахариды, полиэтиленгликоль, полиэтиленоксид, поливинилацетат, крахмал, клейстер, карбоксиметилцеллюлозу, жидкое стекло, их смеси. Использование композиции снижает расход электроэнергии до 10% на 1-й клети и до 6% на 2-й клети при значительном снижении износа валков на каждой клети: 15-25% на 1-й клети и 2,5% на 2-й клети. 2 табл.
Description
Больша дол (5-75 мас„%) в предлагаемой смазочной композиции водорастворимого загустител обеспечивает получение устойчивой водной взвеси и после испарени жидкости-носител (воды) образуетс эффективный слой сухого смазочного материала, хорошо прилипающего к поверхности валков.
Предлагаема смазочна композици Сохран ет однородность взвеси как йо врем ее перевозки к месту потреблени , так .и после ее разбрызгивани . В течение процесса разбрызгивани смазочной композиции на валки вода частично испар етс , а оставшие- {: компоненты, сохран свою однородность , образуют плотно прилипающую к поверхности валков водостойкую пленку. Как только валки станут соприкасатьс с листом или профилем, органические компоненты начинают выгорать , вырабатыва изолирующую.газовую подушку. Графитовые частицы плотно прилипают к валкам, оказыва равно мерное по всей поверхности смазывающее действие, причем последнее полностью сохран етс и после выгорани всех органических компонентов.
Дл предупреждени разрушений, вызываемых бактери ми, в частности в тех случа х, когда в смазочной системе присутствуют крахмал или клей- стеры, целесообразно добавить к смазочному материалу 0,1-3 вес.% бактерицида или биоцида.
Предлагаема смазочна композици обеспечивает смазку валков и изолирует их от заготовок в листо- и сортопрокатных станах.
Кроме того, найдено, что с помощью предлагаемой смазочной композиции достигаетс передача смазочного эффекта, в результате чего, рабочие клети, следующие за клетью, смазанной предлагаемой смазочной композицией, дают значительную экономию энергии, износ валков значительно сокращаетс , что достигаетс без дополнительной смазки последующих клетей.
Предлагаемую смазочную композицию готов т следующим образом.
Отдельные компоненты в отсутствии жидкости-носител подвергают предварительному смешиванию. Эти компоненты обычно используют в сухом измельченном виде, причем в соответствии с предъ вл емыми требовани ми можно

выбрать и смешать друг с другом порошки с определенными размерами частиц . Сухую смесь порошков (смазку) легко упаковать и транспортировать.
При использовании сухую смесь в смесителе смешивают с жидкостью-носителем (водой) с получением смазочной композиции .в виде устойчивой однородной взвеси. Сухую взвесь (смазку ) разбавл ют водой в концентрации 5-30 мас.%. В табл. 1 приведены составы смазок. Там же указана концентраци разбавлени смазки водой.
Дл сравнени приготовлен состав известной смазочной композиции (сос- тад 21)в виде 30%-ной водной суспензии сухой смазки. Суха смазка имеет следующий состав, мас.%:

Составы смазочных композиций 1-20 в процессе прокатки нанос т на валки с помощью форсунок под давлением 20- 150 бар в количестве 0,5-5 л/мин/форсунку . В процессе испытани определ ют снижение расхода энергии и износа на каждой клети. Результаты испытаний приведены в табл. 2.

Как видно из данных табл. 2, применение предлагаемой смазочной композиции снижает расход электроэнергии до 10% на 1-й клети и до 6% на 2-й клети при значительном снижении износа валков на каждой клети (15-25% на 1-й клети и 2-5% на 2-й клети).
