Abstract
Изобретение касаетс декоративного садоводства. Цель изобретени - увеличение выхода первосортных саженцев. Дл размножени используют черенки, нарезанные из оснований одногодичных побегов. Черенки перед укоренением обрабатывают в растворе гетероауксина (50 мг/л). В качестве субстрата используют смесь песка и дерновой почвы в соотношении 2:1. Субстрат размещают на крупном дренаже с величиной фракций 5-6 см. В начальный период окоренени влажность воздуха поддерживают в пределах 75-80%, а после по влени каллуса влажность воздуха снижают до 65%, продолжа увлажн ть субстрат. Более эффективно укорен ютс черенки женских растений гинкго по сравнению с мужскими. Лучший срок укоренени - июль. Способ позвол ет увеличить укоренение женских растений на 20% и мужских на 11,43%. 1 табл.The invention relates to ornamental gardening. Пример. Черенки длиной 8- 10 см нарезали из нижней зоны одногодичных побегов женских и мужских растений гинкго в два периода (в начале июн и в конце июл ). Черенки имели 5-7 почек и 1-2 листа, срезанные почти на 1/3 часть. Св занные пучки на одинаковом уровне снизу погружали на 24 ч нижним концом в раствор гетероауксина (50 мг/л). Контроль - дистиллированна вода. Высаживали в субстрат, состо щий из 2 ч. песка и 1 ч. дерновой почвы, помещенной на крупный дренаж (5-6 см). Выращивали sd влажной атмосфере (75-80%) в начальный период вегетации. Затем продолжали увлажн ть субстрат, а влажность воздуха была нормальной (65%). Через 3 мес. произведен учет укоренившихс черенков-, %:Example.
