Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам извлечени серы из газа процесса Клауса, содержащего пары серы и воды. Дл повышени степени извлечени серы и устранени возможности забивани аппаратуры серой охлаждение ведут под давлением 3,5-84,0 атм и при температуре выше температуры плавлени серы с образованием жидкофазного потока воды и серы, который затем подаетс на разделение. Степень извлечени серы @ 97%. 1 табл.
Description
Изобретение относитс к способам извлечени серы из газов процесса Клауса и может найти применение в химической промышленности.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени извлечени серы и устранение возможности забивани аппаратуры серой.
Пример. Исходный газ, содержащий , %: HQS 92-44, вода 3,2 и кислород и следы углеводородов 3,6 под давлением 3,5, 5,6 и 84 атм., смешивают с чистым кислородом и подают в печь Клауса. Поток находитс в со сто нии равновеси при адиабатической температуре воспламенени . Гор чий газ, содержащий серу и воду, охлаждают в испарителе до температуры 360 С. Выход щий газ в дальнейшем охлаждаетс в конденсаторе с получением потока воды и жидкой серы. Газ, выход щий из
конденсатора, раздел етс на рецир- кулирующий газ и чистый газовый поток . Вода конденсируетс с жидкой серой при давлении от 3,5 до 84 атм. Степень отделени серы возрастает с 88,4 до 97,9%, тогда как в прототипе эта величина составл ет 65-70%,

- Формула изобретениСпособ выделени серы из газа процесса Клауса, содержащего пары серы и и воды, включающий их охлаждение и последовательное разделение сконденсированной воды и серы, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени степени извлечени серы и устранени возможности забивани аппаратуры серой, охлаждение ведут под дав01 JbJО СО ЈЬоч315476944лением 3,5-84 атм и при температуре, разованием жидкофазного потока воды выше температуры плавлени серы, с об- и серы и подачей его на разделение.Давление подаваемого кислотного газа, фунт на кв.дюйм (кг/см) Температура на выходе RF, °F,(°C) Температура WHB, °F (°С) Температура конденса50 (3,5) 80(5,6) 1234,8(84,0) 2100(1150) 2297(1260) 2332 680(360) 680(360) 680(360)
