Description
The invention relates to methods for producing double superphosphate.
Цель изобретени - повьш1ение качества продукта за счет снижени содержани свободной кислоты и фтора при одновременном снижении расхода фосфорсодержащего сырь .The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product by reducing the content of free acid and fluorine, while at the same time reducing the consumption of phosphorus-containing raw materials.
The essence of the invention is that with the introduction of sulphate soap into acid, its viscosity decreases and upon contact with natural phosphate, the degree of its decomposition in the pulp increases (Kral in the pulp / - 43-48%), which leads to a decrease in P OS-CBB product.
The formation of a highly mobile pulp allows the use of any phosphate raw material, including phosphomus and a mixture of phosphate and apatite,
нейтральных веществ, солей лигнина (.We sulphate is a mixture of salts of higher fatty acids (), salts of resin acids () and other neutral substances, salts of lignin (.
Examples of the implementation of the proposed method with different amounts of sulfate soap and various types of raw materials used, as well as the known (examples 1.10) are given in the table.
