Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области электрофизических методов обработки, в частности к. электроэрозионной резке вращающихс длинномерных заготовок с криволинейной осью вращающимс , дисковым электродом-инструментом. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности реза и надежности ведени процесса за счет снижени биени заготовки в зоне реза. Цель достигаетс тем, что заготовку, свободно помещают на подводимые опоры и после ее ориентировани под действием силы т жести один конец заготовки смещают в плоскости максимальной кривизны до получени в зоне реза минимального эксцентриситета. Дл реализации способа в станке с передней 2 и задней 3 бабками на последней устанавливают патрон 14с радиальным суппортом 18, имеющим возможность перемещени по направл ющим. Конец заготовки 9 зажимают кулачками 27, 28 и перемещают конец заготовки от оси Х-Х до тез пор, пока измерительна оснастка не зафиксирует минимальное биение в зоне реза, после чего по сигналу преобразовател процесс перемещени суппорта 18 прекращаетс .
