Abstract

При включении кнопки Пуск поршень 7 перемещаетс вместе с заготовкой 4, шпинделем 6 и цилиндром 20 в сторону фрезы. затем скорость перемещени замедл етс до рабочей подачи и производитс фрезерование одного из шлицев. Затем система уп- равлени автоматически обеспечивает остановку поршн и быстрый отвод его вместе с заготовкой 4 в исходное положение. Силовым цилиндром 14 рычаг 15 поворачиваетс и освобождает втулку 30 дл поворота ее на 90°. Через датчики 19 сигнал подаетс цилиндру 16. который через рейку 17. кольцо 29 поворачивает втулку 30 и соответственно шпиндель 6.
