Description
To obtain dense precipitations of lead electrolytic precipitates, lime acidic and alkaline plumbers are used. The known nitrate electrolyte with the addition of a DB wetting agent makes it possible to obtain dense precipitations of lead; however, using this electrolyte, the cathodic current density can be higher than 1 A / dm. Alkaline electrolytes have the best scattering ability and exclude special lining of industrial baths.
The peculiarity of the described alkaline electrolyte is that it contains lead, alkali and triethanolamine in their composition as the main components: at their optimal ratio: swipe (as a complex salt) 1.0-1.4 g-eq / l, triethanolamine 1 , 0-1.4 g-eq / l and caustic soda or caustic potash 3.5-4.0 g-eq / l. In the proposed electrolyte composition, the swipe is in the form of a complex compound with a triethanolamine, which is one of the most resistant complexes of lead, due to which the electrolyte is highly stable and produces lead precipitates with a good fine-grained structure. In addition, this electrolyte contains the largest amount of lead in the solution compared to other alkaline electrolytes and makes it possible to obtain compact lead precipitates at elevated current densities on the cathode and anode with a high current output.
The optimal cathodic current density at an electrolyte temperature of 20 ° varies from 0.5 to 2.0 A / dm and at 5-8.0 A / dm. When steel products are made of lead, one of the strengths of the lead adhering to the base is preliminarily applied to them:
меди.copper.
