The purpose of the invention is to increase the working life of the mill while ensuring high quality grinding.
1.Pa figs. 1 shows a conical mill for grinding fibrous materials, a longitudinal section; ka .fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. one.
2A conical mill for grinding fibrous materials consists of a housing 1 coaxially mounted in a non-stator 2 and a rotor 3, on the working surfaces 4 and 5 of which a knife is made of 6 n grooves 7 between HHI-M of constant depth. In the stator 2, the outer surface 8 of the second is filled with a gap between the stator headset. 2 and the rotor 3 is increased, impairing the quality of the grinding. To reduce the gap, the axial movement of the rotor 3 relative to the stator 2 is performed. After the amount of movement exceeds the thickness of the plate 10, the headset of the stator 2 is replaced
11.by removing the plate 10 having the largest diameter along the protrusions 11, the remaining plates 10 are displaced along the cylindrical outer surface 8 of the stator 2 by the thickness of the removed plate 10 towards the increased diameter of the rotor 3. In the area of the stator 2, located in the region of the smallest diameter of the rotor 3, New plate 10 with protrusion 11.

Dtshruek .; and unloading of the processed mother, the mill is equipped with an inlet 12 and an outlet 13 of the bladder.
The conical mill works in the following way.
13.The raw fibrous material in the form of an aqueous suspension with a concentration of 2–8% is fed through pipe 12 to the working cavity of the mill, where it is picked up by the rotor 3 and moves along the mill, alternately moving from the rotor 3 to the stator 2 and back, each falling once in the grinding zone, and out of the mill through the pipe 13.
2.The rotor 3 of the mill is made of a material having greater wear resistance than the plates 10 with the protrusions 11 of the stator 2, therefore, as the mill operates, the wear of the headset is mainly due to the wear of the projections of the plates 10 of the stator 2.
During operation of the mill, uniform wear occurs predominantly of the stator 2 plates 10. When

Ф.ормула изобретени the stator surfaces of the plates with protrusions and their replacement as they wear out are provided by a more complete use of the stator working set / s, which increases the working life of the mill. In addition, in the proposed mill there is practically no effect of decreasing d .: the grooves between the stator blades as the headset wears out, which ensures the stability of the quality of the processed product.
