Description

Известный способ отливки слитков в изложницы из алюминесодержащих марок сталей имеет тот недостаток, что на поверхности этих слитков образуютс  морщины, складки, неметаллические включени , плены и завороты корки. Такие слитки перед ковкой подвергают дополнительной обработке - обдирке на станках на глубину до 20 мм. Применение в процессе отливки четыреххлористого углерода, петролатума, технического нафталина и других добавок, создающих безокислительную атмосферу в изложнице, также не исключает круговой обдирки слитков перед ковкой.The known method of casting ingots into molds of aluminum-containing steel grades has the disadvantage that wrinkles, wrinkles, nonmetallic inclusions, captives and torsions of the crust form on the surface of these ingots. Описываемый способ устран ет указанные недостатки и позвол ет получать слитки с чистой поверхностью. Достигаетс  это тем, что скоростную разливку алюминесодержащих сталей производ т через стаканчик диаметром 80-100 мм в изложницы, которые предварительно смазывают насыщенным раствором поваренной соли. Поверхность слитков, отлитых таким способом, получаетс  без заворотов и плен и слитки не требуют предварительной обдирки перед ковкой. Качество поковок, полученных из необдирных слитков, не уступает качеству поковок из обдирных слитков. Кроме устранени  поверхностных дефектов слитков, предложенный способ улучщает микроструктуру металла и его механические свойства.The described method eliminates these drawbacks and allows to produce ingots with a clean surface.
