Abstract
Изобретение относитс к оптичес- кому приборостроению, в частности к устройствам, предназначенным дл контрол положени фокальной плоскости объективов и линз. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение точности фокусировани путем введени в устройство модул тора глубинного сканировани и плоскопараллельной пластины, выравнивающей энергетические потери в разные полупериоды работы модул тора . Изображение тест-объекта З формируетс на датчике расфокусировки 7, дважды проходит через исследуемый объектив 2 посредством зеркала 1. Периодически удал ема пластина 5 выполн ет роль модул тора глубинного сканировани , а пластина 6 выравнивает энергетические потери от пластины 5 в разные полупериоды работы модул тора . Пластины 5 и 6 установлены параллельно тест-йбъекту на одной оси вращени и разнесены по этой оси относительно тест-объекта.
