Изобретение относитс  к составам дл  виброхимического сн ти  заусенцев и может быть использовано в приборостроении и часовой промышленности .The invention relates to compositions for vibrochemical deburring and can be used in instrument engineering and the watch industry.

The aim of the invention is to increase the quality of processing.

For processing, parts of copper Ml with a surface area of 4.8 cm and a thickness of 100-120 µm are taken. The treatment is carried out in a 150 ml container filled to 2/3 volume with a mixture of parts and abrasive PT-5, the volume of the working solution 50 poured into the container ml, the number of parts 20 pieces (the ratio of the volume of the processing solution and the number of parts take the best). The temperature of the solution is 20 ° C (recommended temperature is 15-30 ° C), the oscillation frequency of the vibrator is 3000 minutes.

The results of processing are presented in the table.

The table indicates the selectivity of the process. By this value is meant the difference between the thickness of the removed burr and the change in the thickness of the part, referred to the thickness of the removed burr and taken as a percentage.

The film formed on the parts during processing is removed in a solution of nitric acid, diluted 1: 1, on a vibration unit or simply immersed in a container with acid for 1-2 minutes.

The ratio of the weight of bismuth nitrate acid to the area of workpieces should be in

If this ratio is less than 0.01 g / cm, the burrs are not completely removed. It is impractical to increase this ratio by more than 0.08 g / cm, since an increase in the concentration of the expensive component does not lead to a gain in processing time or a gain in selectivity.

As can be seen from the table, at lower concentrations of components, the processing time increases, but the selectivity of the process increases. At maximum concentrations of the components, the selectivity decreases slightly, but at this time, the processing time is significantly reduced.

The proposed solution allows effectively and with high selectivity (80-90%) to remove burrs with a thickness of 100-120 microns from copper parts.
