После завершени виброабразивного шлифовани детали промывают путем окунани дл удалени остатков абразива и подвергают полировке в той же машине в среде стальных шариков ,05-6 мм, при этом фиксируют отражательную способность поверхности и степень ее осветлени .After completing the vibroabrasive grinding, the parts are washed by dipping to remove abrasive residues and polished in the same machine in an environment of 05-6 mm steel balls, while the reflectivity of the surface and the degree of clarification are fixed.
2.The compositions of the tested solutions are presented in table. one; the results of the experiments are in table 2.
1,5 : 1 : 0,2.Analysis of the experimental data shows that the proposed solution is effective only in the proposed concentration range and with a ratio of urea, sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate and polyacrylamide 1.5: 1: 0.2.
By reducing the concentration of polyacrylamide (less than 0.2 wt.%) With respect to the sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate, the structure of the adsorption layer and the strength of soil retention in the solution are disturbed, which leads to a decrease in the quality of processing — a decrease in clarification and brilliance.
With an increase in the concentration of polyacrylamide above the upper limit, the viscosity of the solution increases, which limits the removal of metal during vibroabrasive grinding and impairs gloss and clarification.
With a decrease in the carbamide content, the effectiveness of the solution drops sharply, overestimation of the carbamide content above the upper limit or more than 1.5 times in relation to sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate does not give an additional effect.
When the concentration of sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate is below the lower limit or its ratio to polyacrylamide and urea is disturbed, the adsorption decreases, the structure strength decreases, which leads to a decrease in surface quality and a removal rate during vibration grinding, and a decrease in the inhibiting properties of the solution and the absence of polishing.
When the concentration of sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate is above the upper limit, excessive foaming is observed, which impairs the technological properties of the solution.

Sulfuric acid brightens the surface of parts and steel balls, increases the removal of metal and prevents clogging of the abrasive during grinding.
The use of the proposed solution provides high efficiency of both vibroabrasive grinding and vibration polishing in the medium of steel balls, reduces roughness, increases the reflectivity of the treated surface and increases the removal of metal.
