The invention relates to computing and can be used to indicate the end points of parallel transition processes.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the G-trigger.
The drawing shows the scheme of the G-trigger.
п и через нагрузочный резистор 4.2 - с шиной 7 питани .G-flip-flop contains input MOS transistors 1.1 - 1.p, pass 2, output 3.1 - Z.p and load 4.1 and 4.2 resistors. The gates of MOS transistors 1.1 - 1.p and drains of MOP transistors 3.1 - Z.p connected respectively to the inputs 5.1 - 5.p of the G-flip-flop, output 6 of which is connected to the sources of the transistors 3.1 - Z.p, the gate of the MOS transistor 2 and through the load resistor 4.1 - with the power supply bus 7. The drains of the MOS transistors 1.1-1.p are connected to the common bus 8, and their sources to the drain of the MOS transistor 2, the source of which is connected to the gates of the MOS transistors 3.1 to Z.p. and through the load resistor 4.2 to the power supply bus 7.
G-trigger works as follows.
Suppose that at the inputs 5.1 - 5.p of the G-flip-flop there is a high potential, which opens the MOS transistors 1.1 - 1.p. In this case, the output of the 6 G-flip-flop will also have a high potential, opening the MOS transistor 2, and at the gates of the MOS transistors 3.1 — Z. p — a low potential that shrinks these transistors. As long as one of the MOS transistors 1.1 - 1.p is open, i.e. as long as one of the inputs 5.1 - 5.P of the G-flip-flop has a high potential, the gates of the MOS transistors 3.1-ZP will maintain a low potential covering these MOS transistors and at the output of the 6G-flip-flop - high potential. Only after all MOSFETs 1.1 - 1.p are closed as a result of supplying all the inputs 5.1 - 5.n G-Trig

MOS transistors, and since they have low potentials from the inputs 5.1 - 5.P of the G-flip-flop, their output 6 also shows a low potential that crosses the MOS transistor 2. Since all the transistors are 3.1-ZP open, on the 6 G-flip-flop code, the low potential will be maintained as long as at least one of these MOS transistors will have a low potential, i.e. until at least one of the inputs 5.1 - 5. of the G-flip-flop is low potential. Only after all the inputs 5.1 - 5.p of the G-flip-flop have high potentials in the TC, does the high potential at the output of the 6G-flip-flop turn off, and the MOS transistors 1.1-1.p and 2 will open and the MOP- 3.1-Z.p transistors, i.e. The G-trigger returns to its original state.
Thus, the realization of the functions of the G-trigger with a smaller number of MOS transistors is ensured. In addition, the proposed G-trigger provides increased reliability.
