The invention relates to the abrasive treatment of materials and can be used in the processing of hard brittle materials.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the processing performance of abrasive powders by eliminating the sequential feeding of powders of different granularities.
The essence of the method is as follows. At the 1st stage of processing a hard surface, aggregates consisting of several abrasive grains coated with and bound with adhesive-active glass are involved in the work. Agragates provide for the removal of the main allowance. At the 2nd stage of processing, as a result of the effect of increased specific pressure contributing to glass wear, the aggregates are destroyed to single grains. At this stage of processing the surface is polished.
In this way, sequential feeds of powders of different granularities are eliminated.
The baseline implementation is as follows. The surface of the plate of steel grade 12X18H10T was treated on the UAS unit with PVOM-type abrasive pastes pre-coated on the lap. Grounding material - high-hardness ceramics of brand 22ХС,

И р и м е р 2. And pm. E 2. Paste made from 10/7 grit diamond powder coated with glass, mol.%: SiO 55; Na20 20; CaO 5; , ten; Tiojio. The size of the aggregates was 160 µm. The removal of the main allowance was carried out at a specific pressure of 750 g / cm. After removal of the main allowance for the destruction of aggregates to single grains, the specific pressure was increased to 3500 g / cm. Further processing (polishing) of the steel plate was carried out at the indicated pressure.
52Comparison of the results obtained in the processing of example 2 with the results of processing according to a known method showed that it took an average of 8.0 minutes to process 15 parts of the proposed method, and 10.2 minutes by a known method. those. The time for machining parts is reduced by 15-20%. At the same time, Sherekhov52
The surface finish of machined parts is the same in both cases.
The method was implemented at the boundary of EEC and averages, as well as at negative values of the indicated modes. When implementing the method, glass coatings were used for diamond and elbor powders of known compositions. The data are given in the table.
With a specific pressure above
1200 g / cm (examples 5 and 13), the aggregates start to grind prematurely at the 1st stage to the size, intermediate: between the initial aggregates and single grains. This leads to a small metal removal, and, consequently, to an increase in the processing time.
Specific pressure below 350 g / cm
Единичные зерна, образовавшиес при увеличении давлени на 2-м этапе обработки, не могут(examples 6 and 14) is also unacceptable due to its inadequacy to remove the main allowance, since the abrasive grains do not penetrate to the required depth in the surface layer. In this case, the surface roughness is almost unchanged. Single grains, formed with an increase in pressure at the 2nd stage of processing, cannot
Дл достижени шероховатости, котора обеспечиваетс при реализации способа поeliminate deep scratches on the treated surface, i.e. Significantly reduce roughness. To achieve the roughness, which is provided by the implementation of the method according to
прототипу, необходимо более длительное врем обработки, что приводит к снижению производительности.the prototype requires a longer processing time, which leads to a decrease in performance.
As a result of application at the 2nd stage of processing the specific pressure
Поэтому процесс полировани затрудн етс , и даже при обработке, равной по продолжительности обработке по прототипу, не обеспечиваетс соответствуюш,а шероховатость поверхности.less than 2000 g / cm (examples 7 and 8), the ag- regatta, although being destroyed, are not yet up to single grains. Therefore, the polishing process is difficult, and even with a treatment of equal duration to that of the prototype, the surface roughness is not ensured.
Applying a pressure of more than 5,000 g / cm (examples 8 and 16) is impractical, since 5000 g / cm is enough to destroy aggregates to single grains and to provide the required surface quality during polishing.
