Description
The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the purification of solutions from impurities of copper and iron.
The aim of the invention is to improve working conditions by preventing the release of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere during the purification of nitrate solutions.
125,3.Example 1. The solution is cleaned, containing, g / l; lead 39.0; zinc 51.4; copper 1,150; iron 0.572; nitrathion 125.3.
150 ml of the solution to be purified are heated to 85 ° C and, with continuous stirring, lead oxide is added in 0.5 g portions to a pH value of 4-5 that is stable for 15-20 minutes. At the same time, the precipitate of iron hydroxide (+3) precipitates easily coagulable under such temperature conditions. After neutralizing the solution, sodium sulfide solution is introduced into the resulting pulp in an amount of 15-20% excess relative to the stoichiometric amount of copper calculated from the content in the initial solution. The pulp is kept for 15 minutes to ensure complete precipitation of copper and filtered. The root solution is analyzed for the content of copper and iron by known methods and according to the analysis data, the degree of purification of the solution is determined.
В ходе проведени процесса при помощи индикаторных иодкрахмальных бумажек контролируют атмосферу над раствором на содержание окислов азота .In the course of the process, with the help of indicator starch paper, the atmosphere above the solution is controlled for the content of nitrogen oxides.
1.Data on the purification of solutions according to the known and proposed methods, including the oxidation of iron with its hydrolytic deposition and the cementation of copper on zinc dust, are given in Table 1.

A purification of a nitrate solution containing in g / l: lead 34.5:; copper 0.84; iron 0.64; nitrate ion 57.5. Purification 5 is carried out according to the procedure described in Example 1, except for using ammonium sulfide solution for purification.
2. .Data on cleaning solutions are given in table. 2..
Example 3. A nitrate solution containing g / l is cleaned: lead 74.8; copper 1.15; iron 0.81; nitrathion 61.4. Cleaning is carried out according to the procedure described in Example 1, except that for; lead carbonate is used for neutralization.
3.Data on cleaning solutions are given in table. 3
From the data presented in Tables 1-3, application of the proposed method for solutions containing nitrate ion instead of hydrolytic-cement purification will prevent the release of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere and improve the quality of the solutions obtained by increasing their degree of purification from copper and iron.
