Description
Как видно из представленных в таблице данных, увеличение количества вводимой в раствор НТФ более 5 г на 1 г железа нецелесообразно , так как не приводит к повышению процента регенерации кислот.i; o The invention relates to the chemical treatment of metals, in particular the etching of metals in acids, and can be used in the regeneration processes of treated etching solutions containing iron. The purpose of the invention is to increase the complete release of acids from solutions during their regeneration. Introduced into the NTF solution of the general formula CH, - P (0) (OH), N CHj - P (0) (OH) j CH, - P (0) (OH), serves as a complexing agent for iron and other metals in solution forming with them insoluble complex compounds and, thereby, facilitating the transition into the solution of nitric and hydrofluoric acids from their complexes with iron and other metals. NTF is a white crystalline substance, well soluble in water and mineral acids. NTF can be introduced into the treated pickling solution in crystalline form or in the form of a 5-50% aqueous solution. A decrease in the NTF content in the solution less than the ratio Fe: NTF 1: 1.2 leads to incomplete release of the acids from the fluoride and nitrate complexes and their transition into the solution, i.e. to reduce the complete release of acids from solution. An increase in the concentration of NTFs more equal to the ratio Fe: NTR 1: 1.5 does not lead to an increase in the complete separation of acids from solutions. NTF is recommended to be introduced into reverse pickling solution at a solution acidity of 10% in terms of nitric acid. After separating the precipitate that had been added during the addition of 8–12 h of precipitate by filtration or decanthation, the solution containing hydrofluoric and nitric acids can be returned (after appropriate adjustment) for reuse in the etching process. The sludge washed and dehydrated on the filter press, which is a complex compound of NTF with iron and other metals contained in the solution, can be further processed to extract metals or to be used in various folk industries, for example, as a fertilizer containing trace elements, or a corrosion inhibitor. When using the method, the treatment of NTF is subjected to treated nitrogen-fluoric pickling solutions containing 0.25-0.5% of active fluorions and 30% of NOj-ions. The optimal amount of NTF introduced into the solution is 2.5 g NTF per 1 g of iron. As the source for steel etching, solutions containing, g / l: Hydrofluoric acid, 4.0 4.05 3.95 free, are used. Nitric acid, 10.2 12.0 12.90 free. and not containing ferric ions. After etching the steel in solutions I-III, they are treated by the proposed method in accordance with examples 1-3. The use of the proposed method in the process of regeneration of the treated nitrogen-hydrofluoric solution is illustrated by examples 1-3, presented in the table. In the table, the percentage of acid regeneration is calculated by multiplying the concentration obtained. At 3, since in the process of adding the NTP to the solution and by casting the precipitate with water, the regenerated solution is diluted 3 times. As can be seen from the data presented in the table, an increase in the number of NTFs injected into a solution of more than 5 g per 1 g of iron is impractical because it does not lead to an increase in the percentage of acid regeneration.
