The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be applied mainly in the production of facade ceramic tiles on flow-automated conveyor lines of high-speed firing.
The purpose of the invention is to increase strength and reduce water absorption,
1.Waste electrochemical pickling of aluminum parts is alkaline runoff from electroplating plants with a sodium aluminate content of 60-120 g / l. The chemical composition of the waste of electrochemical etching of aluminum parts and cullet is given in Table. one.
Products are made from conventional slip technology. The components of the mass are ground without special electrolytes in a ball mill to a residual of 4% on a sieve No. 0063. From a slip with a humidity of 44% by dehydration in a spray dryer, a press powder with a moisture content of 3.5 to 4.5% is obtained. Ceramic tiles are molded on a press with a specific pressure of 25 MPa. The tiles are dried in a conveyor dryer to a residual moisture content of 0.2–0.3% for 20 minutes, if necessary, glazed and burned for 48 minutes in
