Radiation is focussed by optical system with positive chromatic aberration of focus position. While treating wave length is diminished with rate corresponding to velosity of translation of heating spot with geometrical or structures changes within treatment zone. As a result of dynamic change of wave length (periodic or continuous) to its decrease treatment point moves deep down treated material.
