Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the temperature control and thus to obtain an efficient treatment in a short period of time by improving magnetic characteristic through scanning by high energy radiation such as laser beam in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A matter to be treated which is constituted a magnetic material layer 9 metallized on a substrate 8 is fixed on a table 4, and magnetic poles 2, 3 to work a magnetic field on the magnetic material layer 9 are provided. Laser beam is then irradiated from a laser oscillator 1 in the magnetic field. A point whereat the laser beam is irradiated travels to scanning on the magnetic material layer 9 according to a surface travel control by motors 5, 6, and thus the layer 9 is subjected, spot by spot, to irradiation generally or in necessary shape. A temperature control can thus be facilitated, and the work for treatment is furthered efficiently in a short period of time.
