3 , 1194884 The invention is related to the fur industry and can be used in the production of fur skins using zinc. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the fur skins by increasing the strength of the leather fabric and the uniformity of the distribution of fat on the layers of the Leather fabric. A distinctive feature of the method is that tanning is carried out with anionic zinc tanning agent in combination with the subsequent alkali salt treatment and the use of cationic fat as a fattening agent. The treatment of fur skins, for example, fur sheepskin, is carried out in the following way using the following procedure. Example 1. Fur skins after the process of degreasing and washes are loaded into a tanning solution containing a complex zinc salt - tetra amino zinc ethylenediamine tetraacetate amino amino ammonium chloride 150 g / l sodium salt 30 g / l and water. Bath temperature, pH 7.5-8.5, fat per acid (G) 6, duration of tanning 2.5 hours. At the end of tanning, squeezing is performed and skins are loaded into a bath containing 2 g / l of calcined sodium, cooked salt 20 g / l and water. The bath temperature, pH 9.0, is 8 hours. After the alkali-salt treatment, the spinning is performed and the skins are loaded into the greasing solution containing emulsion. this cationic fat, obtained on the basis of. triethanolamine and total FA with chain length C26 and more than 10 g / l, salt 20 g / l and water. Subject Bath time,, fat time 3 hours. After that. the skins are unloaded, pressed, dried and separated. Example 2. Fur skins after the degreasing and washing process are loaded into a tanning solution containing a complex zinc salt — tetraaminozinc ethypenediamine tetraacetate amino ammonium chloride 160 g / l sodium salt 35 g / l and water. The bath temperature is 30 ° C, 5-8.5, the duration of tanning is 2 hours. At the end of tanning, skins are pressed into a bath containing 2.5 g / l of soda ash, 25 g / l sodium chloride and water. Temperature bath tour, 3,, duration of tanning 7 hours. After alkali-salt treatment, pressing and skins are loaded into a greasing solution containing an emulsion of cationic fat — obtained on the basis of triethanolamine and total FA with chain length C and more than 15 g / l , cooked sun 25 g / l and water. The bath temperature is 49 ° C, and the fattening time is 2.5 hours. After that, the skins are unloaded, dried and trimmed. Example 3. Fur skins after the degreasing process and the skins are loaded into a tanning solution containing the complex salt — tetraaminozinc ethylenediamine tetraacetate amine ammonium chloride 170 g / l, sodium chloride 40 g / l and water. The temperature of the bath is 35 ° C, 5-8.5, the duration of tanning is 1.5 hours. At the end of tanning, pressing and skins are loaded. A bath containing soda ash 3.0 g / l, table salt 30 g / l and water. Bath temperature AIA, pH 9.5,, duration 6, h. After alkali salt treatment, spinning is performed and skins are loaded into the fat solution containing an emulsion of cationic fat, obtained on the basis of triethanolamine and total FA with a chain length Cj and more than 20 g / l, table salt 30 g / l and water. The bath temperature, the duration of the fattening is 2 hours. After that, the cheeks are unloaded, pressed, dried and separated. The table shows the comparative data on the processing of fur sheepskin known and proposed methods. The effectiveness of the treatments is assessed by the strength of the leather fabric during stretching and delamination, as well as its hygrothermal stability. The quality indicators that characterize the strength of the leather fabric during stretching take up the load during breaking and the tensile strength at stretching. The strength of the leather fabric for delamination is characterized by the magnitude of the load at the occurrence of cracks in the facial layer. These indicators are determined by the method of dynamic tests on a dinanometer. Hygrothermal resistance of leather is estimated by the value. its welding temperatures, defined3, 1194884
