Плоды шиповника, кроме витамина С, содержат в числе других ингредиентов флавоновые вещества, известные под названием витамиifOB группы Р. К этим веществам относ тс : рутин, кверцетин, гесперидин , эриодиктиол. Сущность изобретени  заключаетс  в следующем.The essence of the invention is as follows.

Сырой жом шиповника после извлечени  из него витамина С подвергаетс  повторной диффузии спиртом при 78° ИЛИ водой при 98-99° в диффузоре непрерывного действи , в диффузионной батарее или в другой подход щей аппаратуре. Диффузионный сок сгущают в вакуум-аппарате до 35-40% сухих веществ, а затем сгущенный сок высушивают на вакуум-вальцовой (или распылительной) сушилке известным способом .
