К этим веществам относ тс : рутин, кверцетин, гесперидин , эриодиктиол. Диффузионный сок сгущают в вакуум-аппарате до 35-40% сухих веществ, а затем сгущенный сок высушивают на вакуум-вальцовой (или распылительной) сушилке известным способом .
