Description
The invention relates to the field of soldering, in particular to fluxes for soldering with low-melting solders, used mainly for soldering of electrical connections, where an increased adhesion of the flux to the paemo surface is required.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the adhesive properties of the flux and the activity, improve the washing of these flux residues after soldering.
1.Examples of compositions of flux fluxes are given in table 1.
The proposed flux is made as follows.
U:l).Polyisobutylene, rosin, chloroparaffin are sequentially loaded in the required quantities into the container or adhesive mixer made of stainless steel, oracuminium, heat-resistant glass, porcelain, etc. The mixture is heated to and stirred until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The temperature of the mixture is maintained at 100 MO-C for the duration of this boil time. The pale flux is applied by the most acceptable method to the printed circuit board (by dipping, brushing or directly on the ERE terminals). Then, the radio elements are assembled and soldered at room temperature. The residual solder flux after soldering is washed with an alcohol-gasoline mixture U: l)
2.The results of the effect of the compositions of the solid flux on adhesion (stickiness) of the washing time and fluxing activity are given in Table 2.
3.These changes in acid number and adhesion over time at t 100110 ° C are given in Table 3.
The results in Tables 2 and 3 show that the proposed flux has a high fluxing activity, enhanced adhesion (stickiness), viability and a short time of washing in an alcohol-gasoline mixture, which ensures good fixation of ERE on a printed circuit board with good soldering quality and complete washing of residues flux after soldering,
ав 9 ) и верхнюю (состав 10) границы содержани ингредиентов их липкость и врем отмывки ухудшаютс .When the lower (composition 9) and upper (composition 10) boundaries of the content of ingredients are exceeded, their stickiness and washing time deteriorate.
Thus, the proposed flux ensures fixation on the ERE board with any conclusions, including planar ones.
The use of the proposed pzvolit flux to automate the processes of assembling radio equipment nodes, which will make it possible to reduce the labor intensity of assembly and installation work, increase labor productivity, reduce solder consumption and reduce the quality of soldering.
