IТ а б л и ц а. 1The invention relates to industrial construction materials and can be used in the manufacture of aggregates for polymer concrete. A known charge for the manufacture of a lightweight aggregate, comprising, by weight 7,: kaolin 51-12 refractory clay 10-15; perlite 8-10; technical fuel 12-14, which, to reduce the bulk density and reduce the thermal conductivity of the aggregate, additionally contains diammonium phosphate 8-10 l. The disadvantage of this mixture is the inclusion of scarce components (kaolin, diammonium phosphate, etc.), as well as a large consumption of fuel, both in the composition of the mixture and in the production of lightweight aggregate. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the raw material mixture For the production of expanded clay, containing, wt.%: Clay raw material 77,5-76,8 Fibrous waste of primary processing miepCTH0,9-1 j4 Water The remaining Disadvantages of the known raw mixture are a large volume mass and the fact that the introduction of the fibrous waste of the primary processing of wool reduces the strength of the final product, although it contributes to the strength of the raw granules. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the volume of the mass and increase the strength of the horse product. This goal is achieved by the fact that the syphilic mixture for obtaining a porous filler, including a mineral component, organic and fibrous additives and water, contains perlite sand as a mineral component, a lignosulfonic acid salt as an organic additive, and asbestos as a mineral additive fiber in the following ratio, wt.%: Expanded perlite sand (WFP) 14-17 Salt of lignosulfonic acid41-51 Asbestos fiber 10-12 Water25-30 Salt of lignosulfonic acid (DM ) Is a binder, expanded perlite is introduced to form the bases of granules, asbestos fiber in order to improve the structure and strength of the granules povshteni. The raw material mixture to obtain a porous filler is obtained according to the following technology: expanded perlite sand, asbestos fiber and MDB are mixed, and then water is added. The resulting mixture is granulated, passes through a screw press, dried and heat treated with a rotary kiln. The compositions of the raw material mixtures of the porous aggregate are given in table. 1, and their physical and mechanical properties are given in Table. 2. A porous aggregate was obtained, having a value of the coefficient of structural quality 2 times. This indicator exceeds the expanded clay gravel, taken as a prototype. When the volumetric mass of the obtained aggregate is 1.3 times less than that of the prototype, its strength increases 1.8 times. IT a b l and c a. one
