IThe invention relates to the purification of gases from dust, to the purification of gases from dust by bag filters, and can be used in the chemical and other industries. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency, efficiency and reliability of regeneration. The drawing shows a bag filter, a general view in section. The filter consists of: inlet manifold 1 of dusty gas, connected by means of nozzle 2 with chamber 3 of dusty gas, installed on filter body 4. Filter bags 4 are parallel to one another filter sleeves 5. In the lower part of the body there is a nozzle 6 connecting a casing with a clean gas outlet manifold 7 connected to the suction side of the fan. In the lower part of the casing there is a hopper 8 for collected dust with a screw 9 for removing dust. Inlet 2 and outlet 6 nozzles are installed throttle valves 10 and 11, which are driven through levers by electromagnets 12, acting simultaneously on a signal from an automatic command device (not shown). The filter can be assembled from several sections, similar to those shown in the drawing, connected by the number of ,,, lecturer 1 and J. The number of the section depends on the required filter performance. The proposed regeneration method is as follows. The dusty gas from the collector 1 is fed through the pipe 2 through the open throttle valve 10 into the chamber 3, where it is distributed through the sleeves 5 and, filtering, cleaned of dust. Pass through the sleeves 5, the purified gas through the interstitial space. The device enters the nozzle 6 and, after passing through the open throttle valve P., is removed from the filter through the collector 7. When a certain value of the hydraulic resistance of the filter is reached, the command device sends a signal to the electromagnets 12, which simultaneously and sharply close the throttle valves 10 and 11 , suddenly stop the gas flow. An aerodynamic impact occurs in the filter section, which propagates in the direction opposite to the flow direction of the gas to be purified, until it stops, i.e., from throttle valve 11 to throttle valve 10, where it reflects in the opposite direction to its original distribution , and enhances the „effect of dusting sleeves. The dust from the sleeves is poured into the hopper 8 and the screw 9 is led out of the filter. After that, the command device sends a signal to the electromagnets L2 to open the throttle valves 10 and 11 and the filtering is resumed depending on the properties of the dust. The closing-opening of the throttle valves 10 and 11 can be repeated several times during one regeneration cycle to clean the sleeves more completely. . Example. The dust-laden gas from the cross-transporto site; er7mT-transporting cement plant with dust IQ g / m in a volume of 12000 serves for cleaning the filter (Fig. 1). consisting of six sections. The filter sections have a collector 1 of dusty gas of variable cross section, having c. At the beginning, the diameter is 0, 3 m, and at the end, the diameter is Q32 and a common collector 7 of purified gas with a diameter of 0.63 m, which is connected to the suction inlet of a fan of the CP7-40 type 8. No. 8. there are partitions separating one section of the filter from the other. From the bottom of the filter section, they are united by a common hopper 8, which also has partitions separating one section from another, inside which auger 9 passes, which removes trapped dust from the filter. The dust-laden gas from the collector 1 through a nozzle 2 with a diameter of 0.3 m and an open throttle valve 10 of the same diameter, strengthened and IV / 1C111C11L ivy I ji j l dg 1-1 R1 V.IL/CI. yixLv-ii on the axis in the pipe 2, is fed into the chamber 3 of each section in the amount of 2000, from where it enters the inside of eighteen filter sleeves 5 from the lavsan article 56050 with a diameter of 0.135 m and a length of 2.4 m each. Filter through hoses, cleaned gas through pipe 6 and open throttle valve 11, similar to valve throttle 10 and pipe 2, get into the clean gas collector 7, collecting the cleaned gas from all the filter sections and escaping from the filter through the fan to the atmosphere . The filtration rate in this case is 2 m / min-m, and the hydraulic resistance of the filter in the filtration unit is 540 Pa. The filter resistance is measured using a pneumatic tube and a U-shaped water gauge. At the time of regeneration, two electromagnet 12 of the type MIS-4100 with movable cores, which are pivotally connected with two levers of axes 10 and 11, are installed on each section for the drive of the throttle valves 10 and 11. The electromagnets are connected to the upgraded CEP command device -12U. The command device is configured as follows. After every 30 minutes of filtration (from the experience of working in air with such dustiness, it is known that after 30 minutes of filtering the filter resistance increases 1.5 times) the time relay gives the command to apply voltage alternately to each pair of electromagnets installed on throttle valves 10 and 11 of each section of the filter, the voltage applied to each pair being 5 seconds. After a single pair of electromagnets is disconnected, the voltage is applied to the next pair, and so on up to the sixth section of the filter. Then the voltage is applied again to the first pair of electromagnets and everything repeats. The number of inclusions of each pair of electromagnets per regeneration} is five. Thereafter, the time relay issues a command to relieve the voltage from the electromagnets for a period of 30 minutes, after which the operation of the electromagnets is repeated. In accordance with the setting of the command instrument, the filter is operated in the following order. After 30 minutes of filtration, the sleeves are regenerated by aerodynamic impacts generated by the sudden simultaneous closing of the throttle valves 10 and 11 on one of the filter sections. After 5 seconds, the throttle valves of the first section open and so on up to the sixth section. Then the same is repeated again from the first section to the sixth. The number of closures for the doslo valves of each section in one regeneration cycle is five. In this case, the filter resistance is reduced to 5 0-560 Pa, i.e., it is equal to the resistance before filtering. The weighing of the collected dust indicates that 5 kg of cement dust is discharged from each filter section in one regeneration cycle.
