10649 The invention relates to the dry cleaning of gases from dust and can be used in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, the chemical industry and the building materials industry. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved effect is a bag filter for cleaning gases, comprising a housing divided by a screen with filter sleeves into cleaned and dusty gas chambers, 10 an injection chamber with a purge nozzle installed on the gas line, inlet and outlet nozzles with valves. During regeneration, the valve cuts off clean gas. The delivery of a compressed gas pulse causes the clean gas to be injected into the hoses, which creates a vacuum in the clean gas chamber, which causes the injector 1 to lock. A disadvantage of the known filter is that part of the energy of the purge Q gas is spent on creating a vacuum in the clean gas chamber. gas, which reduces the efficiency of regeneration. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of regeneration by simultaneously creating an increased pressure in the chamber 25 of pure gas and a vacuum in the chamber of the dusty gas. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a bag filter for gas purification, comprising a housing divided by a grating with filtering sleeves into cleaned and dusty gas chambers, an injection chamber with a purge nozzle connected to the compressed gas pipeline through the valve and the inlet and outlet nozzles with valves, an injection chamber connecting the chambers of the dusty and purified gases is fixed under the grate in the chamber of the dusty gas, while the injection chamber is equipped with a shut-off valve installed in its lower part. The drawing shows schematically 40 the proposed bag filter section. 82 The filter includes a housing 1, inlet and outlet nozzles 2 and 3, a grate 4 and filter sleeves 5 separating the filter into clean and dusty gas chambers, valves 6 and 7, a dust collecting bin 8 and a regeneration system. The regeneration system consists of a receiver 9 of compressed gas with a pipe 10 of compressed gas which has a quick-acting valve 11 and a purge nozzle 12, an injection chamber 13 fixed under the grate, and a shut-off valve 14. The filter works as follows. The dusty gas enters the body 1 through the nozzle 2 and, filtering through the sleeves 5 into the clean gas chamber, is led out through the nozzle 3. When the maximum permissible flow resistance is reached, the filter is regenerated. The valves b and 7 are closed, as a result of which the pressure in the clean and dusty gas chambers is equalized. After that, the shut-off valve 14 is opened, connecting through the chamber 13 and the nozzle 12 of the clean and dusty gas chamber. After that, the valve 11 is opened and the compressed gas from the receiver 9 through the pipeline 10 enters the nozzle .12 and the injection mixing chamber 13, creating simultaneously increased pressure in the clean gas chamber and a vacuum in the dusty gas chamber, which causes the dust layer to separate from the filter fabric of the sleeves. After the supply of a regenerating pulse (0.050, 1 s), valves 11 and 14 are closed and after 10.15 seconds (the time required for sedimentation of the separated dust in the dust collector 8), the shut-off valves 7 and 6 are opened. The application of the invention allows to intensify the regeneration process without increasing energy consumption and, therefore, the filter can be manufactured with elongated sleeves.
