2. Из табл.1 и 2 видно, что насыщающа способность предлагаемого состава дл диффузионного ванадийсилицировани в 5-7 раз вьш1е, чем дл известного .P I The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to chemical and heat treatment, namely to compounds for joint silicon and vanadium metal products. The composition can be used to increase wear, heat and corrosion resistance of metal products in engineering, metallurgical, and aviation. and other industries. A known composition for the simultaneous saturation of steels with silicon and van hydrogen, containing oxides of tungsten and aluminum, silicocalcium and ammonium chloride. The high temperature and the low and saturating capacity of this compound limits its use ij. The closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved result is the composition 2J for the complex end of steel products containing May.%: Vanadium oxide 30-40 Silikokaltsy 35-40 Oxide of copper 10-15 Ammonium chloride 2-4 Alumina Rest Saturation in the well-known the composition of the steel U8 when for L h leads to the formation of a diffusion layer 35–45 µm thick. A disadvantage of the known composition is low saturation ability at temperatures of 800 ° C and lower. Increasing the saturation temperature does not allow using the known composition for vanadium silicating products made of titanium and its alloys, whose heating is higher. The polymorphic transformation temperature (880 ° C) causes grain growth in the alloy and sharp decrease in mechanical properties of products. The purpose of the invention is to increase the saturability of the composition. The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for complex metal products, containing vanadium oxide, silicon-containing substance, copper-containing substance and activator, additionally contains aluminum, silicon-containing powder, copper powder as silicon-containing substance, and fluoride as activator aluminum at the following ratio of components, wt.%: 1 Vanadium oxide 20-30 Aluminum8-12 Silicon powder 49-61 Copper powder 6-10 Aluminum fluoride 1-3 Increased saturating ability of aemogo composition occurs due to the formation at the saturation temperature of liquid-phase metal eutectic A1-Si system (on state diagram) with mixing process nassh1eny silicon alloy and simultaneously serves for delivery to the transport surface Hacbmjaemoy vanadium, silicon reduced from its oxide. In the known composition at temperatures of 850-900 ° C saturation, the liquid metal phase does not form, therefore, in the known composition, the silicon and vanadium iassation process takes place in the osrtoBHOM through the gas phase (through the formation of silicon and vanadium I halides) and through the liquid (much more intense. Increasing the saturability of the proposed composition at the same time leads to an increase in the heat resistance of saturable products. Example. Saturation of U8 steel and VT1-0 and OT4 titanium alloys is carried out at 850–900 ° C during 4 h in various compositions of the number of incoming components. Comparative data is given in Table 1. The heat resistance test of titanium alloy OT 4 at 1000 ° C for 25 and 50 h in the proposed composition leads to a specific weight change of 20-30 and 30 -40 g / m, and after saturation in a known composition - by 45 and 250 g / m, respectively. In the proposed composition, a decrease in the aluminum introduced into the saturating mixture below 8% reduces the effect of intensification, and an increase in its content (above 12%) leads to the surface of the products at the expense of formed adhered. Additional data are given in Table. 2. From Tables 1 and 2 it can be seen that the saturability of the proposed composition for diffusional vanadium siliconization is 5–7 times higher than for the known.
