Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the chemical and heat treatment of metals and alloys, namely to the diffusion saturation of a metal surface in the solid state with alcimine. The purpose of the invention is to increase the corrosion resistance of cast iron products. This is achieved by adding iron powder to the mixture of powders for the aluminization of cast iron. This reduces the carbon concentration on the surface, prevents the formation of low-resistant aluminum carbides and provides a higher corrosion resistance of cast iron. Iron is added in the range of 5–20% by weight of the remaining components of the mixture. 2 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к химико-термической обработке, и может быть использовано в различных област х маишностроени .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to chemical heat treatment, and can be used in various areas of mining.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the corrosion resistance of the processed products.
Состав дл алитировани содержит порошок алюмини ,, окись алюмини , аммоний хлористый, порошок железа при следунмцем соотношении, мас.%: Порошок алюмини , 25-35 Окись алюмини 50-60 Аммоний хлористый 1-2 Порошок железа 5-20 Обработка чугунных изделий в данной смеси при 900-940с в течение 45 ч приводит к повышению коррозионной стойкости во влажной среде, способствует более равномерной диффузии и растворению алюмини в чугуне, устран ет осьшаемость сло .The aluminizing composition contains aluminum powder, alumina, ammonium chloride, iron powder at the following ratio, wt.%: Aluminum powder, 25-35 Aluminum oxide 50-60 Ammonium chloride 1-2 Iron powder 5-20 Processing of cast iron products in this mixture at 900-940s for 45 hours leads to an increase in corrosion resistance in a humid environment, contributes to a more uniform diffusion and dissolution of aluminum in cast iron, and eliminates the layer visibility.
Primer p. Cylindrical cast iron blanks are placed in a hermetically sealed container with a mixture of powders, heated to 900 or 940 ° C and held for 4.5 hours, after which the container is cooled and corrosion tests are carried out on the aluminized samples.
1,2.Data on the processing of cast iron products in the proposed method are given in table 1.2.
Thus, the use of the proposed composition allows to increase the corrosion resistance of cast iron products by 1.5-3 times.
