Description
The invention relates to metal. chemical treatment, in particular, for compositions for joint cue and tungsten, and can be used to increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal products in the engineering, aviation, shipbuilding and other industries nosti. The known composition for ox-samsonation in porsmp mixtures containing oxides of tungsten and aluminum, silico-batches and ammonium chloride C, however, due to its low rolling capacity and high process temperature, the composition has not found application. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achievable effect is the composition dp of tungsten silicate C23 containing, wt.%: Tungsten oxide saturation with on-steel Art. 45 leads to the formation of a south-south tungsten silicate with a thickness of 60-65. A disadvantage of the known composition dp of tungstenization is the low saturation ability at 900 ° C and lower, and the increase in temperature makes it impossible to use the known composition for waveling of many metal-. products, in particular, products from titanium and its alloys, whose heating is higher than the temperature of polymorphic transformation i.) causes grain growth in the alloy and a sharp decrease in the mechanical properties of products. The aim of the invention is to increase the saturation of the composition ability. 8g The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition dp of tungsten-siliconization of metal products containing tungsten oxide, silicon-III and copper-containing substances and the activator, additionally, contains aluminum powder, silicon and copper powders as silicon and copper-containing substances, and fluorine as an activator aluminum in the following ratio, wt.%: Aluminum powder Silicon powder Copper powder 1-3 Aluminum fluoride Else Tungsten oxide The introduction of aluminum in a saturated mixture increases the saturating method its awn through the formation at temperatures naozscheni liquid metal phase in the A1-MOP (melting point eutectic A1-Si 548 C according diagrakmy state). The liquid metal phase formed from the surface of the saturated product, the silicon solution in itself, serves both as a saturating silicon medium and as a vehicle for supplying the saturated tungsten surface, reduced by silicon from oxide. The introduction of less than 2 wt.% Into the mixture of aluminum drastically reduces the thickness of the diffusion layer, and an increase in Bbmie of 8% leads to a deterioration of the surface due to the formation of hard-to-remove plaster on the surface of the workable products. Example. Saturation of steel 45 and titanium spins of BT 1-10 and OT4 at 850 and 900 ° C for 4 hours is carried out in the known and proposed compositions. Comparative data on the saturability of the known and proposed formulations are presented in the table. Thus, the saturating method-I of the proposed composition for diffusive 4 self-bonding is 10 times or more better than the known one.
