Description
31t The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the mass breeding of insects and the production of entomopathogenic viruses used in biblical plant protection. It is known to cultivate the cabbage blanket on the natural stern — fresh leaves of cabbage ij. However, year-round cultivation of a fodder plant is extremely laborious and expensive. Artificial food jZj for growing cabbage white protein is known, including agar-agar, casein, dry fodder yeast, a mixture of Chip Pendeule salts, ascorbic acid, cholera, wheat flour, sucrose, linseed oil, nipagin, and distilled water at Component ratio, wt.%: Agar-agar 2.2, Casein Dry feed yeast Salt mix according to Chippendale Ascorbic acid Cholesterol Wheat flour Saccharose Flaxseed oil Nipagin, Distilled water Rest bath However, the known artificial food is ineffective because The period of development of caterpillars when grown on it increases to 55-66 days, the number of pupating individuals is only 37%, and the average pupa weight is 167 mg. In addition, the cost of this environment is significant due to the high content of expensive housing. The aim of the invention is to reduce the period of development of the caterpillars, increasing the number of pupating individuals and the mass of pupae. The goal is achieved by the fact that the feed additionally contains salmon milt and powder from cabbage leaves in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Agar-agar 1.3-1.5 Casein 0.65-0.85 Salmon milt 1.3-1 , 5 72 Powder from cabbage leaves 4.7-5.0 Dry fodder yeast3.3-3.5 Saccharose5.0-6.0 Wheat flour 6.0-8, O Mixture of salts according to Chippendale 0.25-0.35 Ascorbine acid0, 15-0.25 Cholesterol 0.08-0.11 Flax oil 0.25-0.35 Nipagin 0.6-0.8 Distilled water Remaining Medium is prepared as follows. - All dry components of the medium, except agar-agar and ascorbic acid, are crushed in an electric mixer to a dust-like state — flour, distilled water is added, mixed thoroughly until a mushy mass is obtained, and mixed with liquid components — linseed oil and nipagium, which is I5% solution in ethyl alcohol. The agar-agar is dissolved in water in a water bath (brought to a boil), then cooled to 70 C, added to the mixture. If artificial feed is used to reproduce the cabbage white protein culture, then it is necessary to add 0.3 ml of 40% formalin to the composition to sterilize the medium. The medium intended for the production of viral material is sterilized by autoclaving for 25 minutes at a pressure of 0.8-1.0 atm. To the mixture, chilled to 50 ° C ,. ascorbic acid dissolved in 2 ml of distilled water is added. After all the ingredients are added, the resulting feed is thoroughly mixed. The food is kept in the refrigerator at + 4-6 ° C for a month. Caterpillars are bred in a special box with an air temperature of 20-25 ° C, a relative humidity of 65% and a 16-hour daylight. Example I. White cabbage caterpillars are grown on the stern of the following composition, wt%: agar-agar 1.3, casein 0.65, salmon milt 1.3, powder from cabbage leaves 4.7, dry fodder yeast 3.3 , sucrose 5.0, wheat flour 6.0, Chippendale salt mixture $ 0.25 ascorbi31
